UniFirst review: Uniforms

Our uniform company was changed mid year 2019, first year there wasn’t a problem to bring up. Since 2020 of May they have mad changes to uniforms without authorization, they hold a contract for the company that’s pretty large. Numerous employees complained about not receiving uniforms. When Unifirst “fixed” the issue, the sizes were 3 sizes to large or small. From what I’ve gathered they defraud company’s by changing sizes to recharge the company for the changes, items have came back ripped, we’re they charge to fix the tare. This company is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with and will be changing to a new uniform company that doesn’t hurt it’s customers by keeping a constant flow of money for errors they’ve created.
