Unemployment of Ohio review: Appeal turner over time

My original unemployment claim was denied, so I never received the username and password for OhioMeansJobs.com to create a resume. Because of this, I simply updated my resume on my original account and made the resume active. They stopped my benefits because a new one was not created, so I appealed the decision and sent screenshots as proof that I had an account with an active resume. The appeal was submitted December 23, 2022 and have yet to get a decision.
