In 2020 I filed for Contractor/Sub Contractor Unemployment. I've been a contractor for 23 years in the HVAC industry. I filed for loss of wages due to no service call. I was asked if and where I worked. During slow times I would work as an EMT PRN or Part time. I was working as a EMT and resigned my position because the HVAC was picking back up. i.e. summer. 6 mths before Covid. I resigned my position for HVAC and the Fact I was coming off of cancer surgery which made it difficult to lift a strecher. SO. Covid struct an if filed for Contractor Unemployment and initially was awarded unemployment. After a couple of checks, I was informed it was cancelled because I resigned form the EMT job. I filed as a contractor, loss of wages, not a employee loss of wages. I received 1 email in 2 years. Unemployment office will not return calls, would not answer the phone. I believe they are intercepting my tax returns with no notice.

Desired outcome: Notify me if you are intercepting my tax return! Notify me why they used my EMT job instead of my HVAC Contract job like i Applied.
