Urgent Issue with Ultranet Internet Service (No Response)
My Ultranet internet connection has been down since March 3rd, and despite numerous attempts to contact customer support, the issue remains unresolved as of March 5th. I’ve reached out countless times, but there has been no response or action taken. This has caused significant disruption, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and support. They’re ignoring you — escalate. Tag them aggressively on social media, file a complaint with TRAI, and start looking for an alternative provider. If they still don’t respond, take legal action for service failure.
