UDR - Canterburry Apartments Germantown Md – Return my deposit

I applied for and apartment at canterbury Apts located in Germantown md that is run by UDR. My move in date was scheduled for 12/16/2022. I informed the community on 12/14/2022. That due to my contract position I could not accept the apartment. I received an email by Kaylyn Walsh stating this (Holding deposits are not refundable for cancelled applications with the exception if it’s cancelled within 24 hours so you would not be eligible for a refund. I have asked her to send me the paperwork that states that. I also informed her to change my address so I can received my 375.00$ deposit. I am within my 24hour cancellation notice.
