I will keep writing until someone creates my problem because Uber customer service does not answer or solve any problem for anyone. I bought a package on October 12th for 30 trips. I booked trips for a whole week and used only 2 trips on October 13th.
After that, the problem started. The company started canceling all the trips I booked for the week.
Then the package stopped and my account stopped working and I can't booking any shuttle.
Now no one is responding. I went to customer service in Egypt and no one has a solution to my problem.
Now Uber took my money, messed up my nerves, cancelled my trips and suspended my account. No one is responding and they have no solution.
I asked them to stop the package and get my money back. I haven’t received any email from the company regarding this matter yet.
They do not respect their customers.

because unfortunately they have a bad reputation and cancel trips for people without any responsibility or respect for the obligations of those who book with them.
