I am vishal taneja ([protected]@gmail.com).
I have uber account, they have blocked my account without any proper reason.
I have raised an issue with id ([protected]).
They have told it is automatically blocked due to security reason, but I already provided them the id and phone number proof.
Still they are saying they are not able to re-enable the account.
They told me that you have not followed the terms and condition. there is around 5-6 pages of terms and condition, I have asked them which term and condition I have not followed.
According to me I have followed all the terms and conditions.
Even they don't have any customer service.
Every time you mail, like if you reply to the exiting mail, new person will come and send a automated mail.

Uber charged my son $490.23 for a ride that usually costs $54 at 2:30 AM on New Years morning. That is over eight times the normal rate! He did not know the fare until he arrived home. The driver was apologetic but he said he could not do anything about it. I have disputed the amount but so far no reduction has been offered.
I bought a 30-trip Uber package for 2250 EGP on Oct 12 for my daughter’s rides from New Cairo (El Banafseg) to October University. After 2 trips, all were canceled and my account stopped. Support did nothing. I lost money, time, and trust. Worst customer service ever. I want a full refund to my bank card.
You are taking payments from my PayPal account and we have not signed up or used Uber so need a refund. I have attached a copy of transactions taken.
I reformatted my cell phone. Installed Uber app. I now get a message when I enter my cell phone number or connect with social. The message is "check your connection and try again". I've already cleared the cache and data and I am still getting the same message. Do you have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I have used uber, I had a worst experience with driver and uber not even in a position to listen customer's pain.

I took a trip on october 15 at 9 pm for 13.85 dollars they took the 13 dollars and an extra 82 dollars out of my account
I tried to reached out to them but they won't answer or even give me my money back
Some amount of many deducted from my account
I don't know this 5 dollar transaction.

you are informed of cost of the fare before it is finalized and request sent. I am sure your son is honest and does not fib. There must have been a solar flare that caused ride to be book and set with no price alert.
