account has been banned
Hi, 
I am vishal taneja ([protected]@gmail.com).
I have uber account, they have blocked my account without any proper reason.
I have raised an issue with id ([protected]).
They have told it is automatically blocked due to security reason, but I already provided them the id and phone number proof.
Still they are saying they are not able to re-enable the account.
They told me that you have not followed the terms and condition. there is around 5-6 pages of terms and condition, I have asked them which term and condition I have not followed.
According to me I have followed all the terms and conditions.
Even they don't have any customer service. 
Every time you mail, like if you reply to the exiting mail, new person will come and send a automated mail.
overcharging
Uber charged my son $490.23 for a ride that usually costs $54 at 2:30 AM on New Years morning. That is over eight times the normal rate! He did not know the fare until he arrived home. The driver was apologetic but he said he could not do anything about it. I have disputed the amount but so far no reduction has been offered.
