I had called the customer care but they could not assist me.

I had transferred GPB 1, 310 to Santander bank UK.
Remitter name: Prabhakar bhat prashanth bhat
Beneficiary name: Pratham Bhat
Bank Santander UK
Transaction NO:- XRNO. [protected].
The transfer was done on 27 Jan at 2pm and the beneficiary name was Pratham Bhat, but till date the funds are not credited to the bank account in Santander UK
branch is Heslington road, York, England
