Tyme LCC review: I would be happy to return the item and I want a full refund.

This is a hot curling hair tool that one can purchase online. It is very costly. My husband purchased it for a gift for me around Christmas time. After a few attempts and watching tutorials online, I was unable to get this product to work at all; let alone the way it was designed in the tutorials. I asked for a refund and was directed again by the company to many tutorials online as if they were indicating that it was the users failure. I asked for a refund again and they just refuse to give me a refund. This item costs almost 200.00$ and for it to not work and the company to deny refunds is unacceptable. There isn't much you can't return for a refund these days. I want my money back. There are other customers who have also been denied refunds.
