Twin Palms Recovery Center review: Getting my certificate of completion

I have completed the entire class of dui 18 month and paid all the fees around 1, 300 and at the last exit class, I had a car accident and I could not make it I was sick in bed from the crash, I called my counselor at the time her name is elsi, she told me that was ok to make up the class, and to get my certificate I tried to schedule the make up class, first they couldn't find my file, than the file another time was suppose to be at the second floor up in the cabinet they couldn't find it, than they said they found it the whole process been going on for about 3 month back and forth, I call leave numerous of messages, then I got tired tried to contact the director by the name of truth moulton, they would not give me his extension nor transfer me, I had to try so many time, I get the round around and than I spoke with rosa who kept repeating herself and never wanted to transfer me to (truth moulton) so please can you solve this issue for me I have tried numerous numbers to solve it, all I want is my certificate of completion I paid for it, and I want copies of all my receipts and paperwork that I can't even get, I am willing to do the exit class if they can get it together, my name is nina elhawary phone number is [protected]
