All products were returned and I have proof of receipt on November 4th. I have reached out several times about my refund and have gotten NO RESPONSE! The phone number they have listed on PayPal is fake, so they have STOLEN $144.79 FROM ME! I was looking at their products and was considering buying 3 tvidlers and cases. After going through page after page of "Special Offers", I hit the X to cancel out of the entire process. Much to my dismay, I have 5 DIFFERENT CHARGES TO MY PAYPAL totaling $144.79 after NOT COMPLETING THE TRANSACTION! I immediately attempted to cancel and was told they were already in processing and couldn't be cancelled even though my cancellation request was submitted at 2:16 A.M. and the process with DHL didn't start until 7:13 A.M. So NOT ONLY ARE THEY THIEVES PUSHING THROUGH NON-COMPLETED TRANSACTIONS, BUT THEY ARE LIARS ABOUT HOW THE ORDERS ARE PROCESSED. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STOLEN FROM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I HAVE SENT COUNTLESS MESSAGES THROUGH PAYPAL RESOLUTION CENTER TRYING TO GET THIS RESOLVED BUT THE CHARGES HIT MY ACCOUNT TODAY ANYWAY. STAY AWAY!

Their practices border on fraudulent, and in my opinion, they are not deserving of anyone's business. I strongly advise against ordering anything from Tvidler.
