There is no invoice for service for $409.10 this amount was withdrawn randomly and has not be refunded after contacting Turo representatives. The $875.86 unknown amount insurance damage claim is responsibility by law all vehicles operating a commercial business require insurance. Turo shows the vehicle is under commercial insurance. I am not sure of reason for Turo not contacting their insurance carrier. However my bank account #7582 was deleted and removed from Turo account by 9/7/2022 after finding the $409.10 unauthorized withdrawal by Turo. No consent given to Turo to withdraw and the bank account was deleted 9/7/2022. However, on 9/17/2022 Turo representative fraudulently accessed the bank account to withdraw another $875.86. Attached is Turo documents showing they cover the rental car with commercial insurance however they don't contact their insurance or the car owner's insurance carriers if there is an issue with the vehicle. Instead they go to your bank account and withdraw any amount without your knowledge and authorization. Turo insurance is a scam. Also car owners seems to not have insurance or business registration to be renting there personal vehicles. Insurance scams.
Bad and deceptive business practices: Turo representative;Jomer Jayson, used fraudulent "Electronic Signature" to processed withdrawals from my bank account.
The “Electronic Signature” was a link sent for my initial vehicle rental approval for the first amount when I signed up to rent the first car from Turo.com. However shortly after no link to approve payments were sent on the Turo account and random withdrawals and credits were being shown on my banks account started showing up. Turo Chat contact service records are not available to show Turo representatives were contacted several times to stop random bank withdrawals and agreed to investigate. Some funds were returned however 8/31/2022 $409.10 and 9/17/2022 $863.24 withdrawals were not authorized and not refunded. No “Electronic Signature” link to approve payment given to Turo representatives to access my bank. There is no product or service receipt that I received from Turo costing $409.10 this was fraud to withdraw and not return funds. I was not on the Turo account to initiate approval for Turo to withdraw payment $863.24 from the bank account and the Visa card#6102 was deleted from the Turo account by 9/7/2020. Turo representatives are using the “Electronic Signature” as a blanket for unauthorized access and withdrawal from my bank account. Please note the correct amount for 9/7/2022 withdrawal is $863.24 see attached Turo receipt. The $863.24 Turo receipt shows this amount is for damages however this should be processed as a claim with the Progressive insurance and Turo Traverlers insurance carriers that was given to me at time rental trip began. I have no authority to waive legal vehicle insurance for operating a vehicle on the roadways. Attached are insurance policies given to me at time of rental for Kia. To my knowledge, Turo is not registered in New Jersey to operate business or waive New Jersey vehicle requirement insurance and registration rules. Turo's own documents also show vehicle insurance and registration is mandatory before a rental trip begins however instead of processing insurance Turo representative withdraw damage amount from my bank account without authorization. Please investigate.
