Tulley & Rinkey review: Fired me for no reason and charged me

I had Tulley & Rinking from March to about July. They would not contact me about a civil matter for me to get my car lifts out a shop I gave them a 5,000.00 retainer for. I kept telling them that I couldn't answer on line and could they send it in correspondence. When the lawyer finally called me she said she's not representing me and charged me over 1,300.00 for nothing. I begged her just to send a demand letter off and she said no. If very unfair that she can fire me for no reason and charge ne.
