Trusted Mortgages Claims review: Mortgage claim

Trusted mortgages contracted me back in 2020 , to say I could claim on an old mortgage.

I filled out all forms, spent time contacting Barclays bank, to get old mortgage statements etc. This took ages.

I also resend the authority form twice, because they became out of date, due to this company not dealing with claim quickly and also losing my information.

At first, they were good , wanting information , answering emails etc.

Then it all stopped.

I have sent over 20 emails,I can not get through on phone, plus tried web chat

They do not get back to you. I also complained on Trust Pilot.

Very frustrating , all I need is a yes or no.

I also found , I was dealing with over 20 members + of staff/ operators. I send an email to over 20 operators, once a month and not one has the decency to come back with an acknowledgement of receipt of email.

I do understand that claims take time , but just keep up to date with an email does not take time.

Bad manners , totally unprofessional company.
