The workmanship at this work shop is the worst ever... give you a quote, then they fix things that weren't broken and charge you double the quote...They are a rip off bunch of ###! Troys mechanical services ltd

I've used Troy's for more than 6 years. he is MTA approved and has always kept to his quotes. This complaint sounds like a bit of rubbish.
Definately agree with North Island Girls comment on Dodgy Work. I had a big job done by TMS in Kapiti and was charged 3x what I was quoted. I told them not to go over a set amount yet they did with no warning.
