Troy - Bilt review: Snow thrower, squall 208e, model 31as217g711. / serial 1 h 217k60169

Purchased a Troy - bilt, single stage, 21 in. 208cc snow thrower on 2-10-18. Year end clearance. Used once. Winter 2019, have snow removal plow service, used for sidewalk. Come 2020, have snow removal plow service, gift for birthday and Christmas again. 1 st. Use of season, bolt snapped off somewhere. Vibrates a lot. Second start and to check gas for neighbor who is going to look at it. Gas tank dropped when removing cap. I'm 70 years old, should this happen under normal use? And time frame? Also, warranty up. Was originally $ 479.00; paid $367.00. Very disappointed with this product. Purchased this because my troy - bilt self propelled lawn mower works fine. Please respond!
