TRowePrice review: 401K

I have a loan from my 401K. TRowePrice has been taking money from my paycheck without providing a loan amortization documentation, schedule. I've been kept in the dark and I only know that they're taking 500 dollars from every paycheck I get and that the loan will be paid off somewhere in 2025. Since 01/2021 they've extracted $5oo dollars from my check three times and the principal has remained the same. I've called them and emailed them and asked to see the loan amortization plan and they've ignored me.
They've only told me that they can do whatever they want to with my paycheck as long as I remain employed by the current employer.
