Tropical Fruit Box

I find shopping at Tropical Fruit Box straightforward and convenient for buying tropical products. They are always ready to replace products that are not satisfactory, and that is one of their best features. Yes, sometimes the products arrive inedible, but I only have to email or call them, and they immediately make it right.

My mangosteens arrived perfectly ripe and delectable! The 3lb box was more fruits than I'd expected, and the included pink pineapple was a big hit with the kiddos! Customer service was fantastic, telling me when exactly I should place my order ahead of a birthday celebration. I will absolutely order again, both as gifts and for myself!

The items are by far the freshest I have ever had. Persimmon are one if my all time favorite fruits and they make best cakes and parfait, so having them delivered at the freshest peak is key to my dessert. Tropical fruit box delivered with style and quality and I'm beyond Impressed. Better than any store brought fruit I've had in years. A+++

Tropical Fruit Box's customer service is great. I ordered a custom box of fruit and it was missing one of the items I selected. They promptly sent me a small box of the missing fruit with zero hassle. Their customer service is so much better than the other mail order fruit company in Miami that I had been using. I'll be only ordering from Tropical Fruit Box in the future!

While the fruit itself and service was good, the rambutan that we bought was incredibly overpriced. We paid $77.00 for a 5 lb. box, we just found a 1.5 lb. box at Costco for $5.99, which means that we could get 6 lbs. at Costco for $23.96, along with saving the environment by not having to dispose of the plastic and box that it was shipped to us in! We will not order from them again.

I ordered a Taste of the Tropics box and it is AWESOME! We spend time unpacking everything, and we tried the red dragonfruit, it was perfectly ripe and juicy (and the avocados are HUGE). My family and I are on a kick to eat healthier, this is the perfect way to start. I'm very satisfied with the fruits and the customer service from start to end, I will absolutely order from them again!

Delicious fruit and the best customer service! Ordered cherimoya and didn't see the option for a large box, a few hours later, realized they had a large box and messaged the customer service- they upgraded my box with a new invoice and shipped the product. I received it within 4 days of ordering. The fruit is in great condition and I had 1 that was ripe that I could enjoy today! Made my day! I'm hooked and can't wait to try other fruits!

Like to say, I'd recommend this company to anybody who likes fruit. I would also like to mention, our first order was spoiled when we received it (no fault to Tropical Fruit Box). FedEx delivered our package 4 days late, I called Tropical Fruit Box and let them know what had happened and they were very friendly and asked me to send some pictures and then replaced my order. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend them.

The quality and the selection of the fruits were excellent! I can't say enough of the customer service - so quick to respond, helpful and personable. The shipping was right on! We sent the boxes out to our family and they reported loving the fruit. And, they are curious about the dragon fruit (not familiar) so much that they are holding off eating it until the rest of their family arrives for Christmas Day. I think it is time we order a box for ourselves! Highly recommend!

I have ordered several times- all during the pandemic where many challenges were seen across the world with multiple issues out of control of anyone. All of my purchases were amazing. The care they place on the customer experience is evident by the 'general' shipping approach (certain days where the shipping dates are most timely) and their follow up with the customer. That is also clear from reviews I have read. I live the products (may now be an addiction) but am also truly grateful for the true care for the customer that this company exhibits.

I love ordering from Tropical Fruit Box. They have the best exotic tropical fruits that I loved eating as a kid living in a subtropical island, but can no longer find in regular supermarkets. The fruit box always exceed my expectations each time I received my order. The taste and freshness are simply amazing. I will continue to order from Tropical Fruit Box and would encourage everyone to do the same. You won't regret it. Not only will you really enjoy the amazing tropic fruits, you will also be doing your part in helping out the back one of our economy - small businesses!

So delighted. Avocados arrived packed so they were not bruised or damaged. I ordered 4 and they were big, beautiful avocados. I was very excited to receive them. I prepared the first one yesterday and it was delicious . Can't wait to prepare the next one. I left them on the counter to soften a bit and now they are ready to eat. Yummy , buttery, delicious avocados. So good and so much better than the Haas avocados. I have told all my coworkers and anyone else that would listen. A taste of home delivered to my door in the Carolinas. Thanks for bringing luscious avocados to the other states. You all rock!

I use this small company a lot. I order around four boxes a month on average. They offer some fantastic exotic fruit. When the fruit doesn't arrive in good condition they will replace it or issue a store credit. I love their 'Freshness Guaranteed' policy. The level of Customer service depends on who you speak with. In general they are very responsive and they have some incredibly helpful staff addressing issues or answering your questions, making you feel You, as a customer, are very important to them. However, there are some showing minimal effort, too. Something I'm sure the owner will improve upon. As a whole I highly recommend giving them a try. Still consider them one of the best.

I've mostly stopped baking, to improve my health and diet. So, I began ordering the occasional box from Tropical Fruit Box. Here in Wisconsin, the only tropical fruits regularly in my grocery are the usual citrus, yellow bananas, pineapples, haas avocadoes, and mangoes, so it's been really fun to try some of the amazing variety of other fresh, tasty, nutritious, and low-calorie tropical fruits from TFB. I now have a passion for passionfruit! My husband loves the sweet pink pineapples. I bought a whole box of cactus pears, juiced them, and froze the juice in cubes for winter use. I tried rambutans and dragonfruit for the first time! Each order has been a fresh and fun experience. I'm looking forward to more tropical fruit to get me through the cold winter here.

Amazing fruits and customer service. We appreciate being able to enjoy tropical fruits in the cold conditions of MI winter and actually order all year around. Not only are the fruits fresh and flavorful, the staff is friendly, supportive, responsive and so helpful with selections and service. In one of the several orders we have made, we received a partially damaged shipment due to handling by the Carrier. We sent some photos and were pleasantly surprised with a replacement box of the heavenly Haitian mangoes. Throughout, the Tropical team members stayed connected with apologies, updates and promise of quality and replacement. We are very impressed with the fruits and such pleasant customer service. I ordered two boxes during a sale on 11/29, one with some salvageable fruit and one almost COMPLETELY damaged. I used the chat feature to send immediate pictures of the pure white mold coming from the fruit as I was opening the box and was told that it got stalled in shipping and they would send a replacement. The website says a week turnaround and I wrote inquiring about the shipment a little over a week later and received a generic "in a week" response from their employee at that time. It's now 12/20 and it still hasn't even shipped. I read so many reviews about how the company has their 100% guarantee and quick turnarounds before spending so much money on fruit and that's why I placed the order however it just isn't worth it, this whole experience has been a disappointment. I've received brown mushy pomegranates, leaking mushy dragon fruit, and papayas with a layer of white mold growing from the stem and have sent clear pictures immediately each time.
