Troika Credit Management review: This man needs to go for training and he needs to call and apologize for his rude ways

Hi i was given a bursary lastyear, and it didn't cover the whole amount,around 4thousand was due, so I wanted to pay it off at the end of November when I collect my bonus, so they handed me over to Troika credit management, they supposed to contact me about payment in January but didn't and called in the middle of the year, it was upsetting,so I paid R1500, then I paid R150 then next month and asked this man Mr Sewbaran if I can please pay the full balance in November as didn't plan for something that was brought to my attention in the middle of the year, he refused and I understood, so I told him il afford to pay R150 till 27th November and il pay the difference of in completion, he wasn't giving me a chance to explain myself and was talking to me as if he was fighting,all calls are recorded and this needs to be taken up because if you hear that call he was very rude and aggragant, I didn't miss a month of payment,I pay what I can afford, I'm a single mum that's trying to build myself and my child with no money from the father's side, so his demanding money of his amount which is not right at all.. he wasn't giving me a chance to speak on the call and was talking on top of my voice, please listen the calls, he was screaming and talking to me were I had to move my phone of my ear and tell him tell me when you done, but he continued were I got so upset that I cut the call, anyone would have, at his job he needs to listen to people and as long as payment is been done I don't see a problem, I work at retail so I can use my phone at work and he calls my work place, I told him not to do that and he disrespected that and he called again on my work number.. I never spoke to anyone in my life so rude, disrespectful, aggragant and no sense of general knowledge...please this needs to be sorted out..Thank you kindly
