Tricare/Express Scripts review: Local pharmacies being dropped from in network

Express Scripts has been excellent in providing long term mail in drugs, but on occasion, I need to have a short-term drug from my local pharmacy. I live in zip code 38008 and all the local pharmacies have been notified that they are being dropped from the network. The nearest pharmacy that is in network is over 40 miles away. This is unacceptable. Can anything be done about this.
