Trexis Insurance review: Insurance claim 1

While sitting in a parked car I was involved in an accident with a Trexis Insurance customer. Their driver was driving a truck and having a great deal of difficulty pulling into the space beside me, when I felt a slight nudge. Instead of parking her truck, the other driver unsure of what happened - pulled out of the space and moved 2 spaces over. Her claim is since her truck has no damage, nothing happened. Meanwhile my car has a 2 inch scratch that wasn't there before that day. The police were called and an accident report filed. I also had an eye witness who was outside my car while this happened and the surveillance footage. This happened on January 6th. Their initial claims adjuster I was dealing with quit and despite a number of voice messages and emails no one from Trexis followed up with an update on the claim and they sent a person from their claims team out twice to take photos of the damage. Their driver maintains she did nothing and it's impossible for my car to be damaged and her boyfriend's truck not as well. I just got a call from Trexis saying they're siding with their client - today is March 5th, almost two months later.
