Tredero Forex Trading – Forex trading

I have had a bad day at Tredero forex trading platform. From my usd250 entry investment 2 weeks ago my equity had risen usd420 today at 1610hrs CAT or somewhere there about. Then, as explained, a message popped up unexpectedly to the effect that my investment has disappeared and a message came up something like 'your account has been closed by a Tredero event' or something to that effect. You told me that I had ’over-traded’ or something to that effect. Why do I feel seriously underserved?
I am understandably feeling scammed, given the unexpected and sudden disappearance of my investment and profit, especially after seeing significant growth in my equity. These are the reasons I feel like I have been walked the garden path:

1. Lack of transparency: The message I received was vague and didn't provide clear reasons for the account closure. This lack of transparency can lead to feelings of mistrust.
2. Unexpected disappearance of my investment: The sudden disappearance of my investment, without prior warning or explanation, is shocking and feels unfair.
3. Significant financial loss: I had invested USD 250 and had seen significant growth to USD 424. The loss of this investment is substantial and feels like a scam.
4. Conflicting information: Your explanation that I "over-traded" is unclear and not aligned with the way you are marketing your trading activities.
5. Perceived unfair treatment: I feel Tredero's actions are unfair, especially because you never revealed this risk – I didn't receive clear guidelines or warnings about my trading activities.
To address this situation, I suggest that you as my mentor: -
1. Provide further clarification: provide more context and explanation about the "over-trading" comment. Make me understand what specific actions or behaviours led to this assessment.
2. You contact Tredero's support: and request they provide a detailed explanation of the disappearance of my investment - request specific reasons and evidence to support their decision.
3. You walk me on a review of Tredero's terms and conditions: and specifically point out to me the terms and conditions and policies, trading limits, and risk management that support the closure.
In all this I reserve my right to escalate the issue if I am not happy with Tredero's explanation or response, I may consider escalating the issue to a higher authority, such as a regulatory body or a trading industry association.
In the meantime I shall take a step back and reassess my trading strategy, risk management, and platform choice.
