7/9 Orlando to Edinburgh. Delayed. Arrived 7/11. 1 suitcase and 2 golf bags missing. Rental clubs and clothes receipts submitted for 36 holes of golf that was prepaid. Return flight on 7/19 was delayed. Submitted multiple receipts for hotel for 7/19. 7/20 flight was delayed and connection missed. Had to make connection from Heathrow to Gatwick picking up our luggage, via bus. with 4 hours. However, they lost the luggage. 2 hours later, 4 out of 6 bags were found. We were unable to make the bus. Got a Uber which got us there and we were narrowly made the flight.

Claimed loss: Rental clubs. Clothes (shorts, shirt and underwear). Hotel stay and Uber ride. All of the paper work was submitted via email and jpeg.as well as hard copy mailed.

Desired outcome: Pay the claim.
