Travelers Inn review: Angry threatening person working as cashier

I booked a room using hotels.com therefore costing $78 total including deposit.. after checking the cash price. we we’re then refused service. I was told I was drunk.. and threatened …she would call the police. I said that was OK because I wasn’t drunk at all I had had not drink anything but Gatorade all day long and said that’s fine with me I’ll take a breathalyzer and ask her if she would pee in a cup because she seem to be on methamphetamine or something causing her to be in raged unreasonable and act like a psychopath. She was behind the glass and said that we smelled like alcohol. After I said that she said that we tried to get out of paying for two people.. I said that website didn’t ask that but I’ll be glad to pay them for them. Then we were still refused service.. Every excuse in the book. I watched as a couple in front of us who was actually drunkThe couple in front of us actually was drunk yet they paid cash and they only had a $27 for the deposit but she took it and said that was OK? I assume maybe this person is taking the people that pay cash using the websites herself and pocketing the difference. it was around 9 PM and we had all four worked all day and just wanted to go to sleep. I am physically ill and have lost half of my hair my skin tone does not look healthy and maybe she thought I was just some druggie when actually I have serious medical issues. I would have told her about this but I’m sure she was not capable of understanding what auto immune diseases are she probably thought it would have something to do with a car having aids what a rude ignorant person. Or maybe she is discriminating against gays as it was me and my girlfriend renting the room. But she had no problem renting to the drunk couple in front of us and taking their cash yeah she didn’t put it in the cash register but off to the side. She followed us. out and customers all the way to the car when we were already leaving … and would have done anything probably to engage in a physical fight with us. I’ve felt threatened for my life as I am disabled and do not have the strength of a normal person you can confirm this because I asked for a bottom room floor that I could not use stairs due to medical issues and have handicap placard‘s in my car. Marijuana I said that I wasn’t going to fight with her and would just go somewhere else that if she wanted to hit me to go ahead and take a shot but I would not hit her back and she could go to jail. I was angry but then I just broke down in tears and cried because I get treated like this almost everywhere I go and I’m tired of being the worlds doormat if I ever get a room at this place again attempt to you it will be to hang myself.. It’s simple people if you cannot do customer service then don’t get a job in customer service! Find a job you can do in a factory where you don’t have to deal with normal every day people… just because there are a few bad apples out there you don’t have to treat everyone like a criminal a liar a thief and make them feel horrible because they are sick or handicapped. I will be filing a complaint next with the Better Business Bureau. Then with NAMI… i’m sure they don’t even know who this company is but they will. Every day I think of ending my own life because of people like this I’m sure one day will happen and when it does I’ll make sure that everyone knows about it and who caused it and what they did. You can’t go around treating people Like [censored]. It will come back on you she refused to give me her name so let’s just call her Karma!
