In December 2021, we booked two flights to Japan to travel for three weeks in the Autumn of 2022. Sadly, Japan is still not fully reopened to tourism due to COVID which means we cannot travel there for our holiday. Despite this, Travel Trolley, a company we found via Skyscannner is refusing to issue us a full refund.
The company is registered with Companies House under the name of Southall Travel.
