Tranz Parts Inc. review: Refund

I bougth a rebuilt transmission from this people but the transmission was wrong and I refuse the trans. and claim for my money back. after 45 days I don't receive my money. I paid on april 13 2009 via paypal but paypal don't help me. This people is a fraud and the manager speak only with lies. All days say different things to don't pay the money. The owner is Scott Yaslow and use different names and diferent companies like one stop transmissions, Tranz parts inc. Trazmarts, J S transmissions and car parts and the address are J S transmission and car parts 1902 Maple St Tampa Fl 33605 Ph [protected] — One stop transmissions 9021 Riverview Dr. Suite B Riverview Fl. 33578 Ph [protected] and Tranz parts inc. Tampa 4709 30 ave Tampa Fl. [protected]. The seller name is John Jr and the phone number is [protected] please put a stop because this people is a complete fraud. The transaction was for $999.00 but this people don't give my money back only lies and lies always say tomorrow tomorrow and BS. I pay with credit card master card please help me.
