Tradewinds Vacation/Travel Center review: After several years of no contact with Tradewinds Vacations, I have been advised that I owe $1,065 in past due annual dues,

In 2012 my wife and I attended a seminar with several other couples to listen to a presentation by a Travel Club. It sounded pretty good and paid an upfront fee (will need to see if I can find the amount in my files) and an annual membership fee of $199.00. When I got the first annual renewal invoice they had added a $50.00 billing fee, I notified them that this was never part of the original annual fee. They agreed and removed the billing fee. Even though we never used the service I continued to pay the annual fee of $199.00 (I never did pay the $50.00 billing fee. Eventually in (or about) 2018 I advised them that I no longer wanted to belong to the Travel Club. I kept getting calls asking if I wanted to renew my membership and if I did they would drop all late fees. I told them I was not interested. I have not had any contact with them for the past couple of years, until recieving a request for $1,065.00 for past due annual dues and yearly billing fees. From what I have found online I am not the only one filing a complaint with Tradewinds Vaction.
