Tradeco International in Miami went around saying that they had a contract for 1000 phones per month with a company getting Blackberrys from the HK Factory in China, overflow of Verizon and AT&T product, even in their boxes and with their info. They were unlocking them, and sending them to Miami, where Tradeco International leased an office from my company, I.T.SuperStore, LLC. After watching at least three instances, where 100 plus new phones arrived to the warehouse, and were sold by Tradeco and Emilio Dacaret, my doubts were overturned, and I did believe the NEW blackberry phones were coming from legitimate sources, especially after showing 2 of the units to a vendor of mine in Miami that sells phones only. They confirmed that the phones were real, and so did many other customers of Emilios.
After he arrived back from HK's electronics show in April of 2009, he immediately offered me new blackberrys from NY, from his customer Corporate GSM Evan Taylor and Michael Carrington.
Months ago Emilio Dacaret explained that he had to sign a contract for 1000 phones per month in order to sell at these good prices.
The prices were good, but not spectacular, and on some models, as my customer told me, the prices were higher than he was buying for overseas or elsewhere.
So 3 months later, with Emilio arriving and a new price list, showing the Blackberry Bold 9000 phones Brand New in AT&T boxes Unlocked for $380 each. Emilio was especially thrilled because he told everyone at the office that day that he sold 700 units to a company in Hong Kong. So when we offered to finally try 100 pieces, only after our customer committed to 100pcs, we actually decided to purchase 30pcs ourselves.
We tried numerous times to convince Emilio Dacaret's vendor to take our credit card, or ship C.O.D., or take cash wire through an attorney's escrow account. But everytime, Emilio said they cannot do it. And they got scammed on credit cards last year so they won't do it.
We purchased 30 phones for $11, 000 via our Mastercard, by paying the amount to our customer's merchant account, and our customer in turn, wired the entire amount for 130 phones.
It has been 30 days since the wire, and there has been ZERO new information, and everyone has disappeared. This is a scam, which has cost our customer and ourselves $51740.00 USD.
They sent 3 or 4 orders of 100pcs or more, and the prices are better than anyone else, so we think they just lost a little money on each of the deals, just waiting until their vendor, who they convinced is a contracted special customer of theirs, to find some idiot to prepay for a BUNCH of phones. and then they run.
Be wary of these ###.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Tuve la mala suerte de hacer negocios con este sueños Emilio Dacaret en el 2009 hice una compra para un socio y los teléfonos todos fueron remanofacturados y de mala calidad. Cuando se le devolvieron los teléfonos para el cambio o el reintegro del dinero no hubo respuesta y el señor y la compañía tradeco desaparecieron. Luego monto otra compañía imex importech. Ahora esta trabajando en la compañía skycell. Yo he sido demandado acá en Colombia por culpa de este señor Emilio. Ah estafado a mucha gente y la ley no puede hacer nada contra el por la manera jurídica como establecen las compañías. Si alguien más ah sido estafado en Colombia favor comunicarse conmigo.

we been Law Sued because him, we been had to pay more than 50k US more after has been damaged with Mr. Dacaret that so impressed, i've very disapointed with Police in US they all say is business matter! so, people take money from us, scam us, keeping working and us no money, it it that justice?

Yo pude la mala experiencia de hacerle una compra a este senor por $20.000.00 y fue toda una tragedia, los telefonos con las bandas europeas, la mayoria reconstruidos y hasta telefonos bloqueados nos mando, ellos no tienen stock y se cambian con frecuencia de direccion por lo mismo. Les recomiendo No hacer negocios con IMEX.

Tuve la suerte de ir a visitarlos ya que me mandaron un e-mail con unos precios increibles, yo compro mucho telefono para colombia. Cuando llegue me di cuenta de inmediato que eran unos tranposos.
1-no tenian lo que ofrecian en sus listas
2- me dieron dos nombres de compania diferente Tradeco International (Emilio Dacaret) y su socio /removed/.
3-querian que les pagara en anticipado algo que segun ellos tenian en stock? pero que no podia ver porque lo tenian en sus bodegas de Nueva York.
Menos mal un amigo de Miami me alerto de estos senores empresarios y no les hice la transferencia que me pedian.
Tengan cuidado con estas dos empresas y nombres, ya que alguien mas puede ser estafado como se lee muy bien en el articulo.

Emilio Dacaret scammed a lots of people in the US, Colombia and Guatemala. Put Emilio Dacaret in jail before continue to steal from more people.
This company has TradeCo International ( Emilio Dacarat ) has done exactly the same thing to us. They stole $38, 500.00 from us at the same time.
Does anyone know which government branch we can complain to in order to put this guy behind bars ?
This way, they will not do it to other people.

so, were you able to retrieve your money at all, or have you tried contacting the law to pursuit an arrest for these people. also who is the main scammer? corporate gsm or this person name Emilio?
