Trac-Phone/Safe-Link, Net 10 review: Free phone!!!

I have a free phone. All of a sudden they are telling me to connect my phone, I must pay! (did I mention free phone) I have tried the automatic operators, - who hung up on me! I have tried talking with (real) operators who get frusterated and hang up on me! I even talk to someone in the office position - and made a better pay-check than the operators working minimum wage. And he told me I ran out of giga-bytes, and I had to pay! Did I mention this is a freephone? Is there anyway that I can get messeger, and google chat on my phone - that frankly you should thank-me for having a year! Who doesn't have messenger, even on a free phone? H-e-l-l-o?
