Hi, my business did work for this company to the value of approximately $1400 just before Christmas, still we are trying to regain my money but the numbers on the website are disconnected and their is no way to contact them.
I have sent the invoices and never heard anything back. I have searched this company owned by a women named [removed] and Lisa Matheson from Coomera Waters on the Gold Coast but neither are getting back to me!
I have worked HARD FOR THIS MONEY and they have cheated me out of $1400 which was to be paid well before Xmas, so lets just say due to the fraudulent activity my children didn't receive the Christmas that they deserve.
Please if anyone has any I formation or has been through the same thing, contact me!

The man that listed this complaint is Joshua Francis Abell who owns LJH Cleaning in North Lakes Brisbane. He was not paid because of the absolutely disgusting job he did on the cleans for our clients. They all have provided photo evidence to me of the disgusting state their homes were left in and we had to get real cleaners out there to fix it. He also has complaints from his own clients saying he has ripped them off and not completed cleans or only done half the job. the first one says: I had engaged in Joshua's service, his business named LJH CLEANING. He turned up, took $240 and the keys and DID NOT CLEAN A THING IN UNIT... He has not returned my money nor has he GIVEN MY KEYS BACK... He took my money, then I never heard from him except to pretend I didn't give him any money... my name Sarah i replied to a add on gum tree for bond cleaners in Jan 2013 i received a text asking when i was able to clean a property at Maudsland on the gold coat i replyed and cleaned the next day the house was huge and very dirty but we got stuck in and cleaned it we got told we would get $25 a hour it took us 7 hours but she said would only pay for 5 hours so we just said ok then we continued to clean another 5 houses over a few weeks all done by text very hard to call as they don, t answer i got told to invoice after every job n will be paid 7 days after.. i have already paid my staff n used my own products n still have'nt been paid ...i have rang gum tree up n they have taken there add of i have rang industrial relation up n they say there's not a lot they can do i have been told to call the ATO which i'm just going to do ..I have been trying to call the number on the web page but no answer...if anyone else is interested n we stand together we should go to a current affair this person needs to be stopped shes getting paid in full n not passing it on to the cleaners if anyone wants to contact me my mobile is [protected] please call
I also just got ripped off by this person last week. I signed on to their services on Service Seeking website and they called me so I thought, they must be ok. They had a few positive reviews on there and they came in at the lowest price. Then they changed the day on me from a Sunday clean to a Monday clean at the last minute and made me pay up front. I hadn't had anyone else lined up so they hooked me on that one. Then I was promised a tax invoice, never got one. Rang repeatedly and he responded a few times that he was going into a meeting and he'd get it to me right away. They were listed as Extreme Property Cleaners under the name Joshua Campbell at first then I got emails from josh Abell from AllThatpropertyservices@gmail.com- that was a red flag too. They were late on the job then we got a notice from our rental manager that the clean was not complete. In essence they took $210 from us and provided no clean what so ever in our eyes. I'll happily do an ACA to stop this guy from ripping people off.

yes you have to be careful on theses adds i have just cleaned 5 houses for TOTAL DOMESTIC and not been paid .i have been looking up the name connected to total domestic the name im getting is Lisa Matheson [removed] and there a few more names but when i replied to the add on gum tree to do work for them he was called Matt this is the mobile number for them [protected] or they have a web page number [protected] so not sure its the same one but there def people out there ripping workers and customers off she owes me 900 for cleaning 5 houses n we busted our ### off .I have called ATO and current affair n theses names are known to them both and are very interested .All the names you google lead back to TOTAL DOMESTIC they may well have different company in different names im going to do some more calls today as the ATO have give me numbers to call cos she has a mobile which leads to her driver licence which leads to there address n there persanol info. ..not sure if these guys are a franchise cos there add say Syd Mel Bris n the Gold coast ..if we all work together we can n catch them well the ATO will ...let me know what you find out or email me on itscoldintheuk@hotmail.com

I'm VERY ANGRY with then as I also got RIPPED OFF. I have done a move out clean for then 2 weeks ago & haven't been paid & no reply from them when I'm asking for my money. I'm going to ring ATO tomorrow morning too.

well police report done 3 of us got enough info on this company /person or what ever you are ...but if there any more of you weather you have done work or have paid her to do bond cleaning ...get in touch the more we have the better to stop her
I paid for a bond clean to Joshua Abell through All That Property Services (same guy that owns LHJ Cleaning). The job was terrible and I didn't get my bond money back. He told me both on the phone and via text he would refund me and he never did. I left countless messages and he never returns any of them. I've been really upset about it because I need that money back. I hope someone reports him to the authorities, because this is criminal.
Further addition to my post on 28th May, Joshua Abell eventually replied to me and told me that he lied to me about getting a refund just so that I would stop bothering him. So his bond refund guarentee is a shame and I'm out of pocket $390. Worst company on the planet.
Unprofessional company who don't do what they promise (even though they guarantee their bond cleans or 100% money back). Realtors were not happy with the job and after 5 days of constant calling/emailing/texting and them promising to come.. we are still waiting. It's been a week since the clean now and we had to do it ourselves and we paid the cleaner $300 in advance - BIG MISTAKE! They are liars, argued with me over the phone, told me I was harassing them (because they couldn't give me a time/day that the cleanr would come RE CLEAN!).. long story short, JOSH FROM ALL THAT PROPERTY SERVICES is a scammer, unprofsesional, money wanting rude employee. I honestly don't know how he is getting away with all of this.

My dealings with this crook are so similar to all the other stories above that I won't repeat, but needless to say we are out of pocket a lot of money for services not provided. After a bit of digging it appears that Josh Abell is now based in Mackay, so who knows who he is sending to do these dodgy cleans and his Facebook address is now josh.abell.31. Obviously stopped using the Facebook account named above. Seems very rich that it was him who started this thread when he is the one that is ripping people off blatantly all over Brisbane and the Gold Coast. I see he has changed his website to now include Mackay and Townsville - god help them! Josh Abell robbed us too. Pretty sure the dog lives at 9 Megan pl Mackay. Not sure on which apartment is his but it wouldn't take long to find him. Just look for the bloke with the stupid looking tattoo down his right arm.

This man needs to be stopped. I have media contacts (and have had interest from them already) but will await further action until I have collected more numbers and information from other dissatisfied consumers.
I also highly recommend lodging a formal complaint with Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. It may be a lengthy process, but this is the only way companies like his will be held accountable.

I was also scammed for an exit Bond clean in Brisbane on October, I lost my bond because of them they cleaned part of my unit but did not come back to clean the oven and finish their work. The also did not steam clean the carpets at all!
I have lodged a complaint to Fair trading who are investigating this matter. I suggest everyone to 'lodge a complaint' and 'report a scam' to Fair trading. So that this company gets shut down!
Also post your experiences on Ture Local, Yellow Pages, facebook, anything and everything so we can stop other people getting ripped off!

Go to Google + reviews for all that property services as someone is trying to organise a class action against him. Register your support with them as it may be the best way to get our money back if OFT can't do anything. Please do register as the more we can get against this guy the better chance we have.
I was contacted by Josh abell on the 27th November 2013. He said he works up and down the coast all the way up to cairns. He had too much work load on and asked If I could help him? I said yes no worries, I would like some more jobs. I asked him about payment and he told me that once the real estate had done the final inspection and ticked it off then I would get paid. He said thanks very much there is one today. He gave me the address and off I went to start this job. Whilst I was cleaning the tenant showed up to do the Exit Condition Report. I questioned him on what josh had charged for the clean he answered with $590, I then said ok and continued on working. When I was nearly finished I Texted Josh to let him know. My text was Nearly finished unit. Do I leave receipts in unit. In reply he said It’s all good I’ve already sent him a receipt. He told me there was another job and I told him that I could do that on Friday the 29th as I was busy, he said okay. Thursday afternoon he sent me a text telling me the address of the house to be done. On Friday I went and cleaned the house the tenant also showed up to this one and expressed his concerns to me regarding Josh. Saying shouldn’t I be paying the cleaner direct? Josh said no I pay the cleaner when inspection has been done and ticked off. I told the tenant I was feeling a bit concerned myself and was debating on doing the house. I asked that tenant the price he was quoted, he told me $450 being $100 of that to go towards pest control. Josh told tenant that the cleaner does the pest control, the tenant asked me when I am doing pest control and I told him that I don’t do pest control. He tried to contact josh regarding this and he said he would sort it and get back to tenant, which he never did. I finished that job and waited with the tenant as the real estate was coming to do the final inspection the house was ticked off I tried to contact josh no answer tried to text josh no reply. Tenant also rang and got message bank. He left a message saying house has passed inspection you can now pay the cleaner. I spoke to the Real Estate expressing my concerns.
I had also been texting Josh constantly since completion of unit to see when the final inspection was getting done. He would say don’t know, or tried to contact tenant with no luck, I will ring the real estate when I can as I am really busy.
Come Saturday morning I contacted real estate regarding inspection on the flat (job done on Wednesday) She said it has passed inspection no cleaning issues. With that information I then contacted Josh telling him that both jobs are ticked off when can I expect payment.
I have constantly texted or tried ringing josh regarding my payment. He said to me I have never been so harassed in my life. I have continually contacted Josh trying to get my money but all I get is excuses. I told him I wanted $590 and $450 as payment owed he got back to me straight away saying you are not getting that amount, I asked well how much do I get and when do I get it? He then sent a text saying you get $350 and $175. He said he was doing the transfer there and then. Today is Wednesday 4th December 2013 and still no payment. I have texted and texted and tried calling but all I get if he does answer or reply is I’m busy, I’m out, I’ve done the transfer.
I have asked for a copy of the transfer receipt which he can’t seem to supply.
He has now told me that he has contacted bank and he must have put in a wrong account number and he is waiting for this to bounce back to him then he will pay me. Another excuse.

I have also spoken to Real estate’s regarding this and they are highly concerned.

Hi, we also own and operate our own cleaning business and was contacted by this phantom Josh today 13-12-2013 for 2 carpet cleaning jobs. I had some suspicions about this guy right from the get-go, as he wouldn't answer any calls to discuss the jobs the way a professional would, he advised that he wouldn't be paid until the inspection is complete etc. However, i spoke with the tenant and he advised that he has already paid josh. I advised Josh of this, and then said that he will transfer the money into my account. A completely un-professional way to be dealing with this matter. The tenant himself, is also trying to contact Josh to get his money back, as no-one has yet to clean the property BUT of course, Josh will no answer.
I am on the band wagon to report this guy.

I was in desperate need of some work, my hubby and I run our own Carpet Cleaning and Cleaning business on the GC, but things had been a bit slow after Xmas and we have an 18mth old baby. I replied to an ad on Gumtree on the Friday and "Josh" asked me to start the Monday.He is now trading under this business http://www.cleaningservicesaust.com.au/
everything seemed above board - Although the pay rates were a little bit low, I had to take what I could. Until I didn't get paid.
I worked my ### off for this guy, doing 2 bond cleans a day on my own - not getting home until after dark, starting at the crack of dawn. And I take real pride in what I do.
After I had been chasing him for a week, I told him to stop offering me work until he paid me the $1250 I was owed, and I stopped getting any responses. I then started researching, I happened to have a couple of customer phone numbers for jobs l had done, l explained to them the situation, and requested any info they could provide me as to how l may contact him as l only had a mobile number.
More on the money thing - One lovely customer l spoke to stood out in my mind from the day l completed the work for her. (There were a couple of discrepancies in the work order l was sent. I expected 4 rooms of carpet to be cleaned and there was 6 in total, and the property was partially furnished which l had been told we get paid more for. I explained to the lady that there may be a difference in price, that she would have to contact Josh.When the job was completed, she came back, very happy the job was completed to her satisfaction, and that she had paid an extra $120 for the services) This brought the jobs total to around $680 - of which my share for cleaning the entire place - including Carpet Steam Cleaning with my own equipment, plus using my own chemicals etc would have been $320.00 (if I had have been paid) - not a bad day in the office for him! I have just submitted an article to ACA myself.
I was just compiling all of the evidence I have from him stating how much I will get paid, and when it was transferred etc, (this is what I was instructed to do by the Ombudsmen)
and checked the website again for the email and saw that the phone number had changed. I sent a very strongly worded message to this number and received a reply from Haylee. I immediately called her and explained my problem and she told me that she had bought the business from Josh on the 19th Feb, that she had other contractors calling her for the same thing, she had even paid one of them out although it was not her responsibility. She explained that she was paying money to Josh for the business in installments and would simply pay me the money he owes instead of to him. She went on to explain how unfair it is that he was so dodgy, that her business has a bad mark against it because of him. I only had his first name and a mobile number at this stage. I asked her for more info and she even gave me his full name and said Google it - you'll be horrified with what you find. I got off the phone so happy! I told my husband - we're going to get our money! Then I got to the second page on here and saw her listed as an associate, now I feel like a complete idiot! I just want to get this resolved and they keep sending me in circles.
I have also been duped by Haylee Cohalan and friends except they were operating under the name Cleaning Services Australia. While they came and took the money they didn't do a proper bond clean. They promised a 5 day gaurantee but they have been giving me the run around since. I have filed a complaint with Fair Trade QLD as well as Current Affair.
I hope we can stop them from conning anyone else.
