Do you all think (Fair Trade QLD) can do anything they can do ### that's why his been doing the same thing for years.

HAYLEE COHALAN - CLEANING SERVICES AUSTRALIA - STAY AWAY - refer to post on Total Domestics! The Real Estate researched them and claim they rebranded themselves in Feb 2014 but the owners are the same. DO NOT USE - TOTAL RIP OFF! Paid them to do a full bond clean which included carpets and pest control. They arrived and left (including pick up/drop of keys to the Real Estate) within 1hr 15 mins of being there and naturally the real estate was unhappy with the work that they claim they did. They went back and still did not address the issues the Real Estate had asked them to rectify, think they were there for 45 mins or less this time and then refused to go back. The Pest Control was not done and the carpets were not cleaned to an acceptable standard and I had to go back and fix up the many many things they did not do. I then had to pay for another Pest Control company to come in on top of the money I had paid Haylee and I would have been up for additional carpet cleaning had the Real Estate not taken pity on me for being ripped off. Haylee does not return calls or emails, incredibly unprofessional. The Real Estate was very unhappy and believed them to be fraudulent and this is the case. Hi I just had a recent bond clean of my property in New Farm. The company name was Bond Cleaning Oz and the guy I have even speaking to is called Josh. He quotes me $400 and then invoiced me for $440 inc gst. I paid as it was one of the cheaper quotes id had. After cleaning the property my property manager said it was a disgrace and that she was not convinced that the carpets had been steam cleaned either. I've now been chasing this guy for 2 weeks, calling him several times a day to find out what is going on and when he will come back to clean the property as promised on my quote / email correspondence and his website. Anyway after all my calls he's told me three times that he would go back an fix the clean and then has beer shown up. I'm now getting threatened by the real estate that further rent will continue to be taken from my bond until my unit is cleaned to their standards. I'm convinced this is the same guy. Glad I've found this page. I there anything we can do? Purely out of principal I want this guy to go down. Thanks. Josie

I have done work for this guy recently, done over $1000 work still waiting to be payed, has done nothing but lie n be abusive and never available to talk on the phone always a family matter, only gives 5 hours for a total bond clean, his a lien scam that's taking money off people, don't ever use him for any cleaning

Well seems as though he was never stopped, he just relocated! i have been scammed out of alot of money - 3 bond cleans in total and 3 staff to pay - by a Josh from Bond Cleans Oz originally a gumtree ad looking for bond cleaners. seemed legit at first but now has been two months and no payment, excuse after excuse from the guy up in North QLD. if anyone had success dealing with these people please comment on thread, would be greatly appreciated! :) thanks christal

hi cant believe this guy is still going n getting away with all this stuff i got stung by him 3 years ago and Total Domestic i took Total Domestic to the cops with 3 other cleaner n there is now a warrant out for her arrest ..i know josh got done by the fair trading as they put a warning out on him ...maybe go to the police as it worked for me with total domestic and i got my money back ..at first the cops were like there's nothing they can do but i just pushed it and asked to speak to some one higher as its fraud what they are doing and try get a few people to go in with you then they have to look into it and they can trace him ...hope this helps you guys ..

UPDATE: Police is investigating him, as well as the OFT and Cyber Crime Australia. I strongly encourage you to report his new business Bond Cleaning Oz and his owner Joshua Abell to:

1) Police - When formalizing your complaint PLEASE REFER POLICE reference number ‘QI1500134408’ so it will help officers by saving their time tracing him back.
2) OFT and the small claims court (QCAT) - you do not need a lawyer as many people believe so. Just go there and formalize your complaint. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK, There is no filing fee associated with this type of application.

I cant believe this guy is still trading he owes me $1040 which one day I hope to get...I have been waiting nearly 2 years for my money...hopefully one day I will get it...It was money to give my children an awesome Christmas so this is why I am determined to get it out of him...Lets stop this guy...I have contacted every authority I can think of..but nothing seems to be done...I believe in Karma so one day he will undo himself...In the meantime I will wait for my monies owed...
