The product was delivered July 19, 2026, from a carrier (VEHO) that's not even with the BBB, did not ring bell just left package when I went to get package it was gone, contacted carrier they told me to contact Tory Burch, did that and even sent pictures, have been a long time customer with Tory Burch before 2022, they sent me an email this morning stating they are not going to replace or refund my money, this is how you treat your customers, shame on you. I am sure Tory Burch has insurance on every package they send. I will be reporting to every place I can report Tory Burch
