Tomuri " Co Flowers review: They haven't delivered on time

I wanted to make a surprise for my wife. I have ordered 100 white roses from the company Tomuri & Co Flowers. I told the name, address and day, when they needed to deliver the flowers. These guys ruined everything and didn’t deliver on the anniversary day. I called them and started to argue, but they promised to deliver flowers ASAP and return half of the sum. Still no flowers and no money back. Real scam.
