I have been using tommee tippee soothes since my son was 1st born 17 months ago as he only took to them.. I've recently been having to buy more and more due to the pictures coming off within a week of having them.. I only was them in warm water.. I'm very disappointed as paying £4 + for them. I love the designs but not happy with the pictures coming off..

Dear whom it may concern,

I am writing to you about my disappointment regarding your Tommie tippie bottles.

I purchased Tommie tippie bottles for my 4 month old son 8 weeks ago and was concerned to find that the numbers and measurements had started to come off.

I have used Tommie tippie with both my first and second child and never had any issues before. I'm hoping that you could bring some light to why this is happening as I have spent quite a lot of money on 9 bottles to be completely useless now the measurements have rubbed off.

My month old baby is a colichy baby and I was informed that the tommee Tippee advance comfort range is the best for colichy babies. So I bought two bottles and I am very upset as the bottles works perfectly except for the purple pipe thingy inside the bottles got a rubber end that tears at the end and milk flow through the pipe and runs out next to the bottle. Thats unexceptable. This is not a cheap product and to buy something that you hope will help your baby just to find out the actual thing that needs to do job just perish for no reason.

Hi there resently I have been purchasing your dummy for my little girl and I keep getting the same thing happened all the time with the transfer coming off and this is why I buy the dummy as there very cute and attractive I have only been washing them in warm water with causing any surface scrubbing to the front but it still keeps happening I thought to tell you because otherwise than this there great and have been using them from birth please email me on [protected]@googlemail.com or write to

So I got the pink nappy bin which came with 1 refill and it is amazing well the refill ran out so I went to purchase some more and saw the price and I was appauled! It is cheaper for me to buy a new bin with 3 refills included (on offer) but I have no need for a new bin
So don't use the bin anymore seeing as I cannot afford the refills.. also I purchased 2 separate packs of coloured bottles' for my daughter and all of the oz numbers on the sides have started to rub off.. I use the tommee tippee steriliser so surely the amount I've paid for them they shouldn't do this? My little girl is only 10 weeks old and The numbers starter fading at the beginning of the week. I used all tommee tippee products with my son (now 4) and had no problems whatsoever.. I have attached a photo of the bottles I purchased

Bought my daughter 3 packs of soothers, the glow in the dark night time ones and 2 daytime. Noticed after a few weeks of switching and changing from dummy to dummy that the pictures on the faces of the dummy have worn away and now just left with colour which I'm not happy about as I could have bought from a different brand and this most likely would not have happened.

Hi I am very dissapointed with your company I have used most of your products with both my daughters one who is 5 and the youngest who is 1 I have bought quite a few packs of close to nature dummies with pictures on and they just come off and also my bottle I have to keep replacing them and the writing and number come off so quickly. I never had this problem with my dummies and bottles with my eldest. They never came off now I don't feel like I should use your products anymore as they are not cheap but I have to keep replacing so soon. Also I only have a Tommie tippee microwave steriliser so they are not sitting in a electric sterliser for ages I buy my bottles and dummies from Asda, amazon, baby's r us and sometimes Argos or chemist

My son is 5 months old, since being born he has only taken tommee tippee dummies and no others, at £4.60 a pack there not cheap to buy either, I have had to buy a new pack of dummies every 3 weeks as the pictures come off the front! I have used tommee tippee since the day my boy was born, the steriliser, bottles, bottle warmers etc..
The amount of money I'm paying I'm really disappointed that the dummies are doing this.. I can't change them as they are the only ones he takes, I am buying a fresh pack way to often

I am writing to you to complain about the bottles and teats we just recently bought costing us a small fortune.every time we feed our baby the bottles are leaking from the teats and causing the baby to get into a right mess and we were going to go out and buy some new teats and bottles but we just cant afford then as they are so exspensive.we were recomended to use by tommy tippee but wish we never now.we are now out of pocket and its going to cost a fortune now to replace the teats and bottles.
We would like some sort of compensation as we have spent nearly £100 on bottles and teats.

Im as so disappointed and embarrassed,

I have 8 month old son who has been using your product for only 5 months however the bottle had no name on it and no measurements, everything has faded,

I have to physically make his feed in a measuring jug and pour it over,

I have used your products before for my previous child and did not experience that.

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted I paid alot of money for your products to be experiencing this.

I'm writing this as I'm am quite annoyed with your dummy designs my daughter is only 8 months old so can't doing a lot to them but the patterned designed on the front always wears away within days of having them I change and sterilise them once a day but it just makes them look old and worn out considering they are nearly £5 for 2 I would expect them to last a lot longer

I have recently bought 4 packs of the size 2 medium flow teats as my baby who I struggled to wean from being breastfed to a bottle was finding the slow flow too slow and even though she is seven months I didn't want to jump to the fast flow until she was fully confident in bottle feeding. However when I bought these teats I have found that they for some reason just don't allow any milk out until I squeeze the teat and force some milk out, however it took me 3 days of a frustrated baby to realise what the issue was as I just assumed she wanted to be breastfed again. Then when the milk does start to flow at the speed it should, it doesn't allow any air to escape so the teat starts to invert while she is feeding. I know that I am preparing bottles correctly as I use the bottle preparation machine by yourselves and it works fine with other bottles and teats I have however she prefers your teats and when I have just spent £10+ on teats I expect them to work as they should. I purcharsed the Tommee Tippee digital ear themometer five weeks and have only just got round too needing too use it. Today Wednesday the 17th of May my little boy woke around 7:30am feeling very hot and drowsy. i took his temp at 7:46am it read 36.6°C he was sure as hell hotter than that. I replaced the protecter and tried again after 15 minutes it read 37.2°C, just in the same minute it read 38.9°C and then 35.3°C. I took my temp and it gave me a reading of 40.1°C I'm perfectly fine no illness feeling poorly nothing. I repeatedly took his temp throughout the day and was flitting between 31°C and highs of 40°C. I then tried my mouth and forhead strip themometer and both gave me the same reading of 38.1°C. This product could potentially put people's lives at risk. My Two year old is very lucky i followed my gut and gave him Paracetamol. If i had gone by some of the readings on the Tommee Tippee i wouldn't of given him any medicine. What an overrated product. Very disappointed too of been let down by such a well known product and name.

I have purchased 2 lots of close to nature anti colic bottles (8 in total). The bottles were fine when purchased over a month ago however the past week or so they seem to keep leaking! I can't figure out where the leaking is coming from but I am very dissapointed in these bottles as they are not cheap to buy but I have a Tommie tippee steriliser, bottle warmer and dummy's which are all good so wanted to stick to the brand.
Can you please respond to me with a solution to this issue as this should not be happening!

I wouldn't normally make a complaint, but this is more an FYI for the above product.
My son is now 16 months and all the products I've used with him have been tommee tippee, and we've never had any problems...until he started using a soother.

He's been using the anytime soother, and at first there was no problem until he started getting his teeth. By simply flipping the soother into his mouth he managed to remove the teat over a few days. I thought this was normal because he had teeth, but he wasn't actually biting the teats off. when I was replacing his soother at LEAST 4 times a week I knew it couldn't be normal as my sister also uses the soothers with her son and has no problems. This was the case with every soother and I used about 20 of them as he loved the shape of them. I was afraid to give them to him as it was now a major choking hazard.

I've since changed his soother to an avent one and he's had the same soother now for almost a month and not one part of the teat has come loose.

Maybe you should have a look at the strength of the teats and how they are attached to avoid someone else from choking.

We recently purchased a travel bottle warmer which has leaked on every occasion we have used it. We have tried adjusting the seal which seemed to work initially but the problem has reoccurred again since. We only purchased it a few weeks ago and are disappointed as it as consistently leaked boiling water over our pram and changing bag. All other tommee tipped products we have purchased have been of a high standard and we expected this to be the same.

Hi I purchased some tommee tippee bottles from asda living recently and I have noticed that all the numbers and measurements have came of in the space of 6 weeks. I feel I have been ripped off and let down causing me to buy new bottles and binning the ruined ones. I recommend your company to all of my friends who have children as I used ur products with my first child and never had any problems like this before. I would like to know why this has happend as I cant keep affording to buy new bottles every 6 weeks being a single parent to a toddler and a newborn baby. Thank you.

I purchased 2 packs of dummy's each containing 2 dummy's in each pack I am very disappointed in the quality of the dummy's as I think the bottles are great but this is the 2nd time this has happened where I've washed the dummy's in soapy water and put in a normal cold water sterilser not electric nor microwave and I took them out after 15 Mins and the dummy teats have gone all funny misshaped and the teat looks like its melted but no heat has been applied to the product had I of gave it to my baby if I didn't check it then this could of been fatal one pack was purchased from coop the other from Tesco I always use tommee tippee dummy's but I'm a bit wary of using them now what can I do about it

I purchased a two pack of tommee tippee dummies from Morrisons 0-6 months .. my daughter now has a cut lip which I noticed due to it bleeding.. This is because the teet has come loose on the dummy causing my daughters lip to be sucked into the teet through the opening! My daughter is 7 weeks old, I'm just grateful to her only having a cut lip.. could have been a hell of alot worse if the teet had detached altogether!

After 3 weeks of useing the bottles the numbers & writeing have started to come off. I can't measure the bottles now. Also the colours of the bottles have also started to fade. Very disappointed in these & a complete waste of money for only useing for a short period of time. Airways sterilised in a Tommee Tippee steriliser aswell which is brand new.
