I sent the following email to CEO of Toluna, Mr. Frederic-Charles Petit as follows dated June 8, 2025 & received absolutely no response whatsoever at all. Lots of shame on Toluna that stole my $50 hard earned survey incentive cash by unilaterily suspending my account & total disappointmnet of Mr. Petit who appears to care & attend to no human grievance caused by the no good Toluna team under his direction & executuve management.

Allow me to bring my grievance about my latest complaints about Toluna to your attention.
I disagreed with the repeating account suspensions & allegations since April 2025
I strong feel that my suspensions were a pure consequence of me speaking out the very truth about many of Toluna personnel, their no help/often dragging & stalling tactics, cheating surveys & excessive use of AI in handling of our complaints, & so on since I joined Toluna in 3 years ago.
Moreover, stealing my $50 worth of points does not seem very fair or just as they are my hard earned points & efforts
