I received no reply whatsoever at all from this so-called Chief Operations Officer named Lucia Moir at Toluna Influencer for nearly 2 months now. The exact email I sent as follows.
Seems irresponsible business breeds irresponsible management personnel, so truthfully ironic!
"Dear Lucia,
Allow me to bring my grievance about my latest complaints about Toluna to your attention.
It seems to me that the last email I received from Ms Hailey Evans is another typical no action dragging response if not a total lie to me again
I also disagreed with the repeating account suspension & allegations against me as a decent person & honest survey participants since April 2025 as a latest example
I strong feel that my suspensions were a pure consequence of me speaking out the very truth about many of Toluna personnel, their no help/often dragging & stalling tactics, cheating surveys & excessive use of AI in handling of our complaints, & so on since I joined Toluna in 3 years ago.
Moreover, stealing my $50 worth of points does not seem very fair or just as they are my hard earned points & efforts
