I never received my last rightful redeemed petty survey incentive from Toluna Influencer from April 8/25. And soon after, my account was terminated by Toluna with no detailed infomation provided as I kept requesting.
Toluna robbed my $50 worth of earned survey points as a result on top of insulting me as a legitimate & honest member & wasting lots of my valuable time contacting Toluna's often robotic & often quite incompetenet customer support team.
The following is an example of Toluna' s lies & playing with their empty promises:
