Three bankruptcies, 2 divorces, multiple evictions, unstable job history, lies about his college degree or may i say he has no college degree at all, owes tons of monies to various landlords, companies, utility companies, and credit card companies, uses his own kid's social security number to order multiple products then refuses to pay his bills, hit and run accident via enterprise car rental, drives around with a suspended license, horrific tenant, doctor shops for narcotic drugs and smokes pot heavily. These are all my opinions do your own research!

Regarding Randall Neece and Canyon View Ranch, Topanga Canyon
Below are the small claims results, Mr Neece Lost and rewarded $0.00 in LA Small Claims Court case 22SMSC00693. It is a shame so many others have been scammed and taken advantage of by this man and his business partner.
Randall Neece and his partner who run this facility are crooked, dishonest cheats, who have no business running a training / boarding facility for dogs. Canyon View Ranch turned out to be a disease infested place. I made a bad decision trusting this man and it almost cost my dog his life. My Jack Russell Puppy, almost died in the care of Mr Neece and Canyon View Ranch, did not receive any of the training promised after paying an $1,875 deposit and over $2,380 in Vet Fees at VCA animal hospital to save his life after developing a life threatening case of Kennel Cough which went untreated for weeks prior to submission to hospital at my expense.
Upon return back to Canyon View after spending two nights in the hospital I arrived to pick up my dog, they demanded a credit card which I refused to provide at first. They instructed me the only way I am getting my dog back is to provide a credit card for additional boarding charges and transportation to the VCA hospital. When they brought Cash out he was lethargic and scared, happy to see me I crated him and drove away, Meanwhile they ran $1,875 on my credit card which my bank overturned as fraudulent.
Mr Neece then had the nerve to file a suit in small claims court in LA where he and his partner LOST AND WERE REWARDED ZERO DOLLARS.

Todd Brouillette is a violent conman with a long list of scams against individuals and businesses. It is not even worth trying to sue him for failure to pay his bill because he has no assets to collect and has no intention of paying his debts. He was so threatening when he was at our business that we called the police for assistance. Once he knew we alerted the police, he jumped in his car and raced off. It made us wonder if he has outstanding warrants? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PROFESSIONAL CONMAN!
Randall Neece, his partner Joe and Canyon View Ranch have a rich history of ripping good people off, when given full trust with there pets. My puppy almost died under the care of Mr Neece, see Los Angeles Municipal court decision below ruled in favor of defendant.

Sounds like the words of a spiteful ex-girlfriend...who needs serious spelling and grammar lessons! LOL! I have personally known Todd for over two decades. While he may not be an altar boy, he is a great friend and parent. I suppose you fall into the category of girls who didn't "make the Toddie cut." Posts like this aren't created when you are in love with him and think he is the coolest dude on the planet. Posts like this are created after HE discovers that people (in this case, some whacked out chick) aren't worth allocating resources towards (she probably tried to extort him for money) and he "purges the puss from his life."
