The 218 at 14.10pm from sheffield ignored me waving to stop the bus, the driver saw me but smirked and never stopped. Then I run to the next bus stop and he blatantly ignored me again even when I stood in front of the bus in the middle of the road after he moved. Its the same bus driver the drives it every day, short fat moussy hair. I rely critically on this bus to Bakewell as Ieave work at a specific time to pick up my children from school and nursery. I have been put in a critically difficult situation as I couldnt get there on time today. How is this possible to happen? He should be disciplined and sacked. This is unaccaptable and beyond imagination.!
Desired outcome: I want the driver disciplined and sacked and I want compensation
Last couple of week bus is delaying a lot. Not starting the journey on time from Hammersmith station. Finding difficultly on my workplace.
218 from Baslow Road to Sheffield arrived 5 minutes early on Friday at 16:30 and my wife was 10 foot from the bus stop with her arm out and the useless excuse for a driver put his foot down and sped past, you really don’t deserve to have any customers, he’s a disgrace.
