I paid 25, 000 baht for an under the table education visa, I was told that I didn't need to attend lessons. However I did go to the lessons promised and the teachers taught me well. However when I did the 90 day reporting, immigration found that my visa was fake and they arrested me. After spending time locked up and paying another 30, 000 baht to correct it... I complained to the owner called Chris and he shouted at me and poked me in the chest and told me to go away. I want my money back for the visa that they faked.

I was warned about this aggressive guy and many Pattaya business owners told me about his aggression and unpopularity, however he said it was a genuine under the table visa. But he lied and ended up in hot water. I recommend this company for language lessons, but not for the visas. His wife says she has big power over immigration in Pattaya and Bangkok, but it is clearly untrue.

Hi, I am a current student of TLS Language School Pattaya and have moved here recently with my family from Switzerland. I found this complaint while googling TLS a while ago and decided to post my own experience with TLS. First of all, there are no under-the-table ED visas possible and here is why: only a Royal Thai Embassy has the right to issue the ED Visas, as any ED is visa is actually a Non-Immigrant Visa! The language school only prepares the educational invitation with the ministry of education which the student then must take to a Thai Embassy in his home country. At first I went to the Thai consulate in Zurich who explained that educational visas for language schools are only issued by the Royal Thai Embassy in Bern. The Thai Embassy in Bern then verified the status of the school with the ministry of education as well as all paperwork I was given from TLS and issued the ED visa after 1 week. So the above claim is utter nonsense and technically impossible. Also the school is absolutely professional, has great teachers (both me and my wife learn there), the paperwork regarding the initial ED Visa was provided with lightning speed and the lessons are well prepared by our teachers. All in all my experience with TLS Language School Pattaya is absolutely positive, the same goes for their main office in Bangkok. TLS Language School Pattaya is highly recommendable!

The school will provide the legal document whilst the student will extend their visa by them. The visa extension depend on the decision of the immigration and the school doesn't have any rights to interfere whatever the decision of the immigration officer and they never get involved regarding the visa stamp of the student. The school never extends the visa nor asked money from their students. If you let someone extend your own visa then you yourself violated the law.

Now police eye are on mark's bro***l named "my girl massage but not on Chris impeccabel business. Way to go buddy.
