Failure to pay a refund for an event cancellation
Last year I bought tickets for an event called Rock the Tides, which ended up being canceled. I contacted the event organizer several times and they told me to wait because there were issues with the insurance company and that I would receive my refund soon. Until now, I haven't received it and I've already missed the deadline to contact my credit card company. I'm attaching the emails I exchanged with the event organizer.
