Omg the worst experience ever they use some offshore call center for appointments. They know nothing about tires or service - tried to sell me oil change on a trailer. Very hard to understand and scripted. I canceled appointment. there are plenty of people in the USA, capable of answering phones and taking appointments. Shame on this company. Shame on this company. Shame on this company very un American.
