Never go to this clinic they will kill your pet. Do not let this Dr. Jacob Mathias near your dog. I took my 10 months old short haired Pug, My dog name was (muffin) to this clinic for an allergy shot. We had an appointment and after waiting 40 minutes to get into a room, We had to wait another hour. Then Dr. Jacob Mathias came in the room and he was very intoxicated. I smelled alcohol on his breath. And he looked at muffin. I smelled a fart that wasn't mine. Then Dr. Jacob Mathias was acting funny and he farted, And he said it smells like beans in here. he did not say sorry or "excuse me, " When he injected medications into muffin, muffin yelping and dropped dead. This so called Dr. Jacob Mathias just stood there looking. When I asked him what hell was going on, he said, Oh ### you don't think the smell gave muffin heart attack do you, dogs this age have heart attacks and die all the time. He never showed any remorse, never said he was sorry or anything. He answered a personal cell phone call during muffin exam!. He either injected muffin with the wrong medicine, gave the shot too quickly or gave it to him in the wrong place. This man is only looking to make a buck. He is a horrible person with no feelings or remorse. Beware of Dr. Jacob Mathias or Dr. Jacob Farts. I RECORD MY DOG YELPING BEFORE HE DROPPED DEAD ON MY CELL PHONE LISTEN TO IT..

Under Ohio law we are required to keep detailed treatment records for all of our patients. Our hospital uses paper-based medical charts in addition to digital records - effectively all of our data is recorded twice. I have queried our digital records and have found the following: 1) Dr. Jacob Mathias has never seen a Pug named Muffin for any kind of exam, treatment or procedure; 2) Dr. Jacob Mathias has never given a Pug an allergy injection; 3) Dr. Jacob Mathias has never given a dog named Muffin (of any breed) an allergy injection; 4) In the history of our Hospital we have never had a patient die as a result of an allergy injection.
Your other allegations are absurd and don't warrant a response.
I don't know who you are or why you took the time to create this post. This is what confuses me - if you perceive that Dr. Jacob or anyone else here at TCVH has legitimately wronged you, why would you write your post in a manner that virtually no one would take seriously? This is not funny and if you intended for it to be a joke it was done in very poor taste.

If this is at all true (the passing gas part seems a little too emphasized a slightly irrelevant), then I would take this to a court case.
