Mr de Beer , the owner was hired to do renovation work at Port O Call

His quote nr 3107 was R67 250.00 for the job was accepted and paid in full on 13 March 2026.. After completion of the job we are experiencing water leaking through the roof (it is like having a swimming pool indoors) when it is raining and the windows installed are cheap rubbish, which is also leaking. We have contacted him several times, he totally ignores us or sends an unexperienced person to try and patch the leaks, with no success. If we are able to get him on the line, he says he has no money or will send someone, but never does.

Desired outcome: We demand that he corrects his sloppy work and stop sending inexperienced workers to fix his problems.
