Defendant Testimony :
Tina E. Wise apporaches 6 guys and offers to bring them back to her house for sex :
I'll bet she couldn't name a single one of them. She was hammered. If a girl apporaches my guys friends like that and says, "I want you all, let's go get some". I'm gonna high five em. I really am. I'm not gonna stop em, if everyone's single, it's none of my business with who you go home with. She approached a couple of the guys in the motorcycle club and they were in their biker jackets and she approached them first and the next thing you know she was hanging out with us. I heard her ask a couple of the guys to go back to her house and I was like, you know, "Good for you". Now towards the end of the night, when it was really apparent what was gonna happen. One of em in particular just broke up with his girlfriend, he was like, "Oh my God, this chick, she's been coming onto me", and he just said, "Hey, why don't we go hang out?". And she was like, "No I want all six of you". And we all kinda like "gasp" dropped our jaws, like "Holy ###, she just said that? Who say's that?" When a girl offers that, I'm sorry, but a man's a man, and they were all my guy friends, so you know. If a woman's saying those kinds of things, more power to you. One of em she was flirting with, like I said, he just broke up so he was a free man. He was like, "Hey, let's go on my bike, let's get out of here". And she was like "No, no, I want all of you". And we were like, "Holy ###". And he was the smart one later on in the night and said, "You know what? In the morning if this chick cry's rape, I don't want any part of it". You know, that's what made him back out.

I have another friend who, this is gonna sound awful but, after she was dancing in The Drunken Lass um, with her top off. A friend of mine he went to go pee, and he came back out and she had shown alot of her parts in the boy's bathroom. And this kid, honestly he's not a liar, he was blown away by it cus he's one of the more quiet, shy friends of mine, and he didn't know what the hell this "big busty blond" is doing. We tease him about it often actually, cus we're like, "That would have been a for sure deal. What were you thinking?"

And towards the end of the night, she was getting more friendly with Holiday. And I'm sorry, I love his wife, he knows. And so I started walking more closely with him. And he was like, into all of it. If he didn't have a wife, he would have spent the night, you know, like a going away party. If he didn't have a wife, I wouldn't have cared.
She said, "You better keep your b**** under control".
And so I went over to her and said, "So did you call me a b****?"
She said, "No". I said, "Are you calling my best friend a liar?". She said, "No", at first "No" cus I said, "Are you calling my him a liar?".
and then she stood up and said, "You're a b**** and he's a liar!", and then she came at me.
At The Bird Cage, I don't know any of the bartenders there, they even said the same thing, "This chick stood up ready to fight".
