Timpson review: Great people, great job

I had a ring resized. The jewelers round the corner told me they wouldn't do it because it was too many sizes (+4) and they tried to sell me a new setting which was loads of money. I went to Timpsoms and they said 'yeh sure, we will do it'. Prices were on the board and they showed me how it was priced. Set my expectations on price and even though it was a long time, I appreciated the honesty. My ring came back, fits perfectly, no problems with the setting (the jewelers suggested gems might fall out). The only thing was they were randomly shut in the middle of the day when I went to pick it up but as the man explained, his co-worker was off sick and he was very busy and needed a lunch break. Because he was on his own, he needed to shut. Again, understandable. I just thought I would write a review because its a complaint website and all I can see is complaints but all my experiences including re-soling my beloved boots has all been really good. I just stumbled over this website when I was researching if they are any good at replacing stones. My grandmothers butterfly brooch I inherited years ago, has a stone missing.
