Times Picayune Advocate review: Price of my bill

I noticed the Advocate is charging me $40.00 a month and has been for the last 6 months. The last raise I have was 26.00 never received a letter for this raise. I spoke to some neighbors and they are only paying 25.00. I called Advocate to question this amount and was told that is my correct amount. How can they raise my bill 14.00 more then my neighbors for over 6 months? How can they charge me 14.00 a month for the exact same service as my neighbors? None of the neighbors are on a promotion. One has been with them 20 yrs and I have been at least 25 yrs. They said that in time all will be paying 40. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. This is why I do not like autopay. I do not feel this is fair to charge different prices for the same product. They were not concerned but they gave me a 4.00 credit but said they could not give me a refund. I do not feel this is fair But they are the only newspaper we have and I like to read it every morning so I have to pay 36.00 for what my neighbor are paying 25.00. I feel this is discrimination .
