Time Out Sports Bar review: Customer service

An employee named Tonya is rude mean and appears to be high on something she gambles while on her shifts and shes been known to rudely tell customers that she dont like to leave. I dont know who to contact here to make a complaint but I hope that this complaint reaches the right person, something seriously needs to be done this employee is out of hand.
