Tim Hortons review: bagels

So I asked for 2 plain bagels double toasted with
Plain cream cheese and I normally get some orders that are correct so I don't bother checking in the store but I was wrong for not looking so I received 2 jalapeno bagels not plain and they were raw with butter so I was very upset having to drive home with disgusting bagels I will never go back to that location as orders as I hear are slow and incorrect not to mention my coffee was a hot chocolate so Im not sure what to say do I just write it down on paper and have them recite what I write like I dont know what to so I love timmies but lately its been bad with students not caring about quality I worked at tims before and I made sure everything was done correctly and quality was met. This is unbelievable
