I have been using your internet site almost 4 years to purchase tickets. I really like your site its easy to use and it has good interface. Until last saturday everthing was good.
Last Saturday, I purchased 3 tickets for my workers with the https://ticketsandhotels.onlineota.com/.While I was purchasing the tickets there was no any notification that every flights to DXB or connected flights with DXB needs COV-19 PCR test with stamp. After that when I searched my tickets with the flydubai site I saw that PCR Test is mandatory. Due to limited time, we wouldn't be able to reach that flight, We called them I don't know how many times, they didn't pick up phones ([protected] -[protected]) and we have sent lots of mail by requesting them to cancel whole (3 peoples ticket) tickets and refund my money 2 hours later after I bought tickets. Saturday evening, One guy wrote to me at 22:46 by saying that Sunday morning they will keep in touch with me but they didn't. I sent maybe 20 mails and I called them but nobody reply me and call me. And then I called flydubai customer service and they told me that my tickets are not available and they are not confirmed. Flight is today 16:40 and I don't have any information that my tickets were canceled.
Because you are the responsible with your agencies, Kindly request you to get in touch with them and force them to refund my 1,081.50 USD to the credit card that I used.
